We provide on-site or virtual trainings for daycares and preschools that care for the infant through kindergarten population. Trainings typically last 90 minutes (we can condense the presentation if you would like) and a certificate of completion will be given to each participant. Speech and Language Therapy: The Basics. In this presentation, participants will learn about developmental milestones and "red flags" related to speech and language development from infancy through age five. In each age group, expected milestones will be discussed, as well as what speech and language skills should be targeted within activities for that age range. In addition, The speaker will touch upon the referral and evaluation process, as well as provide reference material to take home with you. The presentation will also include suggestions of many games and activities you can use to target speech and language skills in your classroom.
