Screenings
A speech and language screening is a 30-minute non-standardized assessment that allows you to discuss concerns and determine if there is a need for speech and language intervention. If your physician is recommending an evaluation this is not the service for you. This is a brief screening to determine if a full evaluation is warranted.

Evaluations
After your consultation, we will determine if an articulation evaluation, and/or language evaluation or feeding evaluation is warranted. An evaluation can consist of formal, standardized testing which will determine goals and therapy needs. We also offer evaluation-only services to help determine a need for therapy in the school setting.

Therapy
Therapy is being offered in our office or through teletherapy practice and is 30-60 minutes long. Typically a full evaluation is needed to begin therapy, however; if you have received an evaluation within the last year by a Speech-Language Pathologist or your child has a current IEP often the evaluation can be waived and therapy can begin immediately.
